Swiss Internet & Digital Governance (SIDG) was founded in 2024 and, as a multistakeholder platform, brings together diverse voices from across Switzerland to constructively discuss and further develop Internet and digital governance.
SIDG creates a neutral space for exchange and collaboration on Internet and digital governance in Switzerland. As a multistakeholder initiative, SIDG connects perspectives from politics, administration, business, science, and civil society, promoting an objective and inclusive dialogue.
SIDG brings together actors from across Switzerland and strengthens exchange.
SIDG creates space for discussions on Internet and digital governance in Switzerland.
SIDG bundles content, impulses, and activities and makes them accessible.
Governance topics should be negotiated transparently, inclusively, and constructively.
Collaboration across sectors and linguistic regions becomes the norm.
Swiss perspectives flow into EuroDIG and the UN IGF – and vice versa.
SIDG is supported by an Executive Board and assisted by the Management. Its composition reflects diverse perspectives from relevant sectors and institutions.
